Chicken Chili Nachos

Ingredients

  • Chicken Chili
  • Tortilla chips
  • Sliced pickled jalapenos
  • Monterey Jack cheese
  • Cheddar Cheese

Directions

  1. Grate the cheese and set aside. Lay the tortilla chips on a plate and top with spoonfuls of chili, sliced pickled jalapenos, and the grated cheese. Repeat, adding another layer.
  2. Bake for 3 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit to melt the cheese, and then broil for 30 seconds. Top with sour cream and salsa.
