- Chicken Chili
- Tortilla chips
- Sliced pickled jalapenos
- Monterey Jack cheese
- Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- Grate the cheese and set aside. Lay the tortilla chips on a plate and top with spoonfuls of chili, sliced pickled jalapenos, and the grated cheese. Repeat, adding another layer.
- Bake for 3 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit to melt the cheese, and then broil for 30 seconds. Top with sour cream and salsa.
