Yield: 200 egg rolls
Prep: 3 hours
Ingredients
- 3 pounds of pork
- 3 onions - medium sized
- 3 carrots
- 3-4 celery sticks
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 pound of green beans
- 2 cans of water chestnuts
- 2-3 bags of bean sprouts
- Soy sauce
- Green onions
- Salt & pepper
Directions

Meat
- Saute garlic, onion, meat, salt and pepper. Add water.
- Cook until water evaporate.
Bean Sprouts - Saute beans sprouts and water chestnuts for two minutes. Add soy sauce.
Vegetables - Saute remaining vegetables (except green onions) separately.
- Let all three cool off.
- Add all three together with the chopped green onions.
- Refrigerate overnight and let water drain.
- Roll mixture into lumpia egg roll wrappers and freeze.
- Remove from freezer and fry in hot oil.
